Start with the model, not the color
Different models should not be treated as one shared indicator system. Match the complete label, including any suffix, to the indicator table in the supplied guide.
A number may be a setting, a time display or a message. A light may describe a state rather than a fault. Do not infer a diagnosis from color or from a code used on another device.
Write down the full observation
What appears
Copy every character and symbol. Describe the color and whether it stays on, changes or flashes.
When it appears
Note whether this happens during startup, connection to power, operation or shutdown.
What the device does
Describe any change in output or sound and whether the device continues running or turns off.
Find the matching guide entry
Look in the sections titled indicators, controls, operation or troubleshooting. Check any conditions printed next to the entry; a description may apply only during charging or in a particular mode.
If the guide entry does not match what you see, do not combine several entries into a guessed explanation. Keep a photo of the relevant page and of the device display for comparison.
Make a useful image or short note
A clear still photo is usually enough for a fixed symbol. If an intermittent pattern is already occurring safely, describe the sequence in words; do not restart a leaking, damaged or overheating device to film it.
Email support@mayluck.care with the complete model, observation and guide page. Support can help locate the correct documented meaning; a display alone does not establish medication delivery or a treatment result.
What do the numbers or mode changes mean?
Copy the number exactly, including a decimal point, adjacent icon or word. A number shown in a creator’s video does not establish a timer, intensity level or cleaning mode for your unit.
Find the control or indicator entry for your complete model and the state in which it appears. If you cannot match it, send a photo and ask for that specific explanation. Avoid pressing through unfamiliar modes or changing a setting to copy another person’s display.
I need the explanation more slowly or in larger text
Say which instruction you want explained: starting the device, changing a permitted mode, reading an indicator or using a documented care feature. Include the relevant guide page and the full model so support can focus on one action at a time.
A still photo with the full display and controls is useful. Do not crop away nearby symbols, and do not recreate an unsafe fault to provide a video. You can ask for a written step explanation that you can pause and reread.
