Start with the terms for your purchase
Look for a warranty document in the packaging, purchase record or retailer correspondence. Check the named product, coverage, dates, exclusions and request process written there.
Do not treat a current listing, review or another model’s warranty as the terms for your unit. If you cannot find the document, ask support@mayluck.care to help confirm the terms for your order.
Make a concise issue record
Purchase
Provide the original retailer, purchase date and order reference, with a readable purchase record if available.
Device
Include the full model, any suffix and any lot or serial number shown on its label.
Problem
Describe when the issue began, what you observed and the documented checks already completed. Include relevant photos without recreating an unsafe fault.
Ask for the review outcome and next step
State what help you are requesting and ask which process applies. Repair, replacement, return, shipping charges and any other costs must be confirmed for the specific request.
If the purchase was through another retailer, its transaction process may also be relevant. Keep product-support correspondence and retailer correspondence together, and identify any existing case reference.
Wait for instructions before sending a parcel
Confirm the destination, items to include, packaging instructions and any authorized shipping arrangement before returning a device. Do not assume that a sender address printed on old packaging is the correct returns address.
Keep a copy of the written instructions, the purchase record and any dispatch reference. This article prepares a request; it does not set a warranty period or approve a remedy.
