Look in the packaging for the user guide and any separate accessory or charging information. A quick-start card may refer to a longer guide; keep both if they were supplied together.
Match the full model on the cover or applicability list to your device label. Also compare the controls, cup connection and power connection shown in the diagrams. Record any edition or revision printed on the document.

Locate the diagrams for your version and the permitted power source. Identify which parts the user is allowed to remove.
Care and troubleshooting
Bookmark the component-specific care routine, indicators and troubleshooting section before you need them.
When an online guide looks different
A search result may cover another version, even when the brand and first part of the model look familiar. Do not combine one guide’s assembly diagram with another guide’s cleaning or charging instructions.
Send the complete model, a label photo and the document title or link to support@mayluck.care. Point out the exact picture, wording or connection that differs so the correct document can be identified.
Keep a small device folder
Save the confirmed guide with your label photo and purchase record. Give the file a name that includes the complete model and any revision shown on the cover. Someone helping with the device should be able to find the same instructions.
The articles in this help center help you prepare questions and locate information. They do not supply missing model-specific operating settings or replace the guide shipped with your device.
