Report a product or safety concern

Put immediate help first

If breathing difficulty comes on suddenly or severely interferes with breathing or talking, seek emergency help through 911 in the US or the local emergency number. Do not wait for an email reply.

For a damaged, leaking or unusually hot device, stop using it and disconnect power if safe. Do not keep operating it to test a theory or record the fault. Take questions about symptoms and treatment to a healthcare professional.

Record observations while they are clear

1. Sequence

   Write down the date, what the device was doing and what happened next. Distinguish what you saw or heard from what you think caused it.

2. Device identity

   Keep the complete model, any suffix, lot or serial number and a clear label photo.

3. Relevant changes

   Note a recent drop, part change, charging arrangement, cleaning routine or storage event if relevant. You do not need to repeat the event.

Prepare a focused product-concern email

Email support@mayluck.care with “Product concern” and the model in the subject. Include the observations, relevant photos and the original retailer or order reference if available.

Explain whether you are the purchaser, the person who used the device or someone helping them. A brief description of any reported harm is useful; do not attach a prescription, full medical record, payment information or unrelated personal photos.

Keep the records and ask about handling

Keep the guide, packaging labels and correspondence available for follow-up. If keeping the device would create a hazard, prioritize safe handling and emergency guidance rather than preserving it for a photograph.

Ask for the appropriate next steps before shipping or attempting repair. In particular, do not mail a damaged battery without the applicable handling and shipping guidance. Reporting a concern does not require you to diagnose the defect or determine a remedy yourself.
