Confirm how your version receives power
Check the complete model and the power section of its guide. A portable-looking device is not proof of a rechargeable battery, and a connector that fits is not proof that a supply is suitable.
Distinguish between “no response while connected to the approved power source” and “a charging indicator appears but the device will not start later.” Keep the exact indicator or display wording in your notes.
Charging checks apply only to a version designed to recharge. The CN69 Compressor Nebulizer uses a wall-powered setup; do not apply handheld battery-charging instructions to it. Use the power information for the complete model on your label.
Check the visible power path
Read the labels
Compare the approved supply requirements in the device guide with the markings on the adapter. Do not guess voltage, current, polarity or charging support.
Inspect while disconnected
Look for a damaged cable, loose connector, visible moisture or a damaged port. Do not force a plug or insert a tool into the port.
Follow the permitted charging sequence
Use the connection order and charging procedure in the guide. Try another cable or supply only when its compatibility is confirmed for that device.
Separate observation from an indicator meaning
Record which indicator appears, whether it is steady or flashing, and whether it changes during the documented charging procedure. Do not assume that the same color means the same thing on another Mayluck model.
Do not extend charging indefinitely, use the device while charging unless permitted, or open the housing to reach a battery. If there is swelling, unusual heat, smoke or a burning smell, stop use and charging when safe and report the concern.
Prepare a clear power-help request
Send the full model, device-label photo, adapter-label photo and cable description to support@mayluck.care. State what happens when connected and what happens when you attempt the documented startup method.
A photo of both labels can resolve a power-supply question more precisely than “I tried a phone charger.” Leave out unrelated order or health information.
Is mine rechargeable, replaceable-battery or wall-powered?
Start with the complete physical label and matching power instructions. The current MY135 offer is rechargeable, but that does not identify every older Mayluck purchase. A code ending in B must not be shortened to MY135 for charging advice.
Do not open the housing to find out whether a battery can be replaced. Use a battery compartment only when the exact guide identifies it as user-accessible and provides the applicable instructions. Keep an unknown version in the identification route rather than choosing the closest current product.
How long should it charge, and can I use it while connected?
Use the charging conditions, completion indicator and operating restrictions in the exact-model guide. There is no shared charge time, indicator color or permission to operate while charging that should be applied to every Mayluck device.
If you are unsure whether the connection supplies power, charges a battery or both, request the matching explanation. Send the label and indicator observations rather than extending a charging attempt or changing power supplies repeatedly.
