Start with the device you received
Read the complete model from the device label and compare it with the box and supplied instructions. Keep every letter, number and suffix. A video or saved shopping title can help you recognize a product, but it does not confirm the version in your hands.
The current MY135 offer is rechargeable. An older device labeled MY135B or MY-135B keeps its own full identity; do not use MY135 instructions just because the shape looks familiar. For Swirler, keep the product name and Replaceable mesh variant, plus any complete manufacturer code printed on the label.
Does my order include everything I expected?
Compare the delivered items with the contents listed for your actual order and version. Do not use a creator’s demonstration, another color option or a current listing as the packing list for an older purchase.
A nebulizer purchase is not, by itself, confirmation that medicine or another treatment liquid is included. Keep the device, supplied accessories and any separately obtained treatment product distinct.
Lay out the equipment
Identify the device, guide and accessories shown in your order. Name each item using the guide; do not assume every model includes the same cup, mask, mouthpiece or power accessory.
Compare with your order record
Check the selected version and package contents. Photograph the items together and keep the packaging if something is missing or different.
Ask about the specific missing item
Describe the part and original purchase channel. A parts enquiry can help establish the next step; it does not create a new order or a marketplace refund.
What should I put in the medicine cup?
Before use, confirm the exact formulation and device compatibility with your prescriber or pharmacist using the matching device instructions. Do not select a liquid because it appeared in a video or because it produces visible mist.
Do not add vape liquids, food, drinks or other non-medical liquids. Do not make your own treatment mixture or change a prescribed formulation to make the device run. The detailed medicine questions below help you prepare the right compatibility check.
Find these instructions before starting
Preparation and assembly
Find the preparation steps for first use and the diagram for your exact version. Identify which parts the user may remove and how they connect.
Power and controls
Locate the permitted power source, startup method and indicator explanation. A supplied cable or a fitting plug does not by itself establish charging support.
Use and care
Read the intended use, warnings, operating instructions and component care routine. Ask your healthcare professional about the interface and technique appropriate for the person who will use the device.
The instructions are too small or unclear
Use good light and enlarge a clear photo of the page on your phone or tablet. Keep the complete diagram, caption and warning together so that zooming does not hide a condition or a step.
If you still cannot read or follow it, request a readable copy or an explanation of that exact page. Include the model, guide language or revision and the step that is unclear. Do not fill the gap with a tutorial for another model.
Get help before turning uncertainty into a trial
For product help, prepare a label photo, the original purchase channel and one clear question: a missing item, a connection, a control or a guide step. You can read the help articles without submitting an email address or subscribing.
If the unit is already leaking, damaged or behaving unusually, use the matching device-help route instead of repeatedly restarting it. For medicine selection or an interrupted treatment, use your healthcare professional’s usual care channel.
