Look for a record of the transaction
Start with the receipt, invoice, confirmation email or order details from the original retailer. Save a readable copy rather than a screenshot of a current product listing.
A payment statement may show that a charge occurred without identifying the model or items purchased. If it is the only record you have, describe that limitation and ask which additional information would help.
Keep the useful fields visible
Where and when
Show the retailer or seller name and the purchase date.
What was purchased
Include the product title, model or item identifier shown on the record, and relevant quantity.
Which transaction
Keep the order or receipt reference legible. Also retain the original file in case a clearer copy is requested.
Remove unrelated information
Before sharing a screenshot, crop out other orders and unnecessary account details. Do not send account passwords, security codes, full card numbers, prescriptions or medical records.
If redacting a record, keep a separate original and do not change the purchase facts. A small, relevant attachment is easier to review than an entire account history.
Explain gifts or a missing receipt clearly
If the device was a gift, distinguish the original purchaser from the person using it. Ask the purchaser for the relevant record if possible. Do not assume that the name on the receipt must be the device user.
If the record is unavailable, email support@mayluck.care with the device label and the purchase details you can establish. Support can review what else is needed; an alternative record is not automatically a guarantee of warranty or refund eligibility.
