Begin with the original purchase record
You can ask Mayluck about a device bought on Amazon even if the old product listing is no longer available. Keep the device label and purchase record together; the listing link alone may not identify the exact unit you received.
Look in the Amazon account used for the purchase or the order-confirmation email. If someone else bought the device for you, ask them to share the relevant order details rather than their account password.
Gather the details that identify the order
Transaction
Record the order reference, purchase date and seller name shown on the purchase record.
Product
Keep the purchased product title or identifier from that record, plus the full model on the physical device.
Request
State whether you need instructions, device troubleshooting, part identification, delivery help or a return review.
Use the channel that can review the request
For product identification and documentation, email support@mayluck.care with the device details. For an Amazon transaction, use the help options associated with that order to check the marketplace or seller process that applies.
Sending Mayluck an Amazon reference does not connect this help center to your account or retrieve the order. Include the relevant purchase information yourself. Return, refund and warranty decisions require review of the applicable terms.
If the purchaser and user are different
Say whether you placed the order, use the device or are helping someone else. The original purchaser can help locate the record; a product question can still be described by the person who observed the issue.
Crop unrelated purchases and sensitive details out of screenshots. Do not send passwords, security codes or full payment card details. If you cannot locate the receipt, explain what records you do have instead of inventing an order number.
