Use this page to organize a cleaning plan from your matching instructions. It is a worksheet for recording the method permitted for each component, not a model-specific washing or disinfection procedure.

The American Lung Association explains that regular cleaning helps limit germ buildup and maintain device function. Its general demonstration does not establish which methods are safe for every Mayluck component.

Start with the exact-model guide. List the medicine cup, lid, mask or mouthpiece, main unit and any other supplied components. Beside each item, record the care method the guide actually permits.

Keep these steps separate

1. Preparation

   Read how to switch off, disconnect and disassemble the user-removable components before handling them.

2. Cleaning and disinfection

   Locate both instructions. Record the approved materials, frequency and procedure for each part; do not assume a cleaning mode covers every required step.

3. Drying and storage

   Allow cared-for components to dry as directed before storage. Identify the recommended drying place and storage conditions in your guide.

Build your component care record

Copy the page reference and permitted method from your matching guide into a record like this one. Include only components supplied with your version. A row is not permission to remove, wash, soak or disinfect that part; leave an unclear method unresolved and request help.

Resolve a missing instruction before improvising

A removable part is not automatically safe to soak, boil or place in a dishwasher. Do not introduce a new cleaner, heat method or cleaning cycle because a different brand uses it.

If the text is unclear, photograph the guide page and the component. Ask support@mayluck.care to help identify the applicable instruction. Keep the device’s electrical body and connections out of any care step that is not expressly permitted.

Keep the routine easy to repeat

Store a short care note with the guide: full model, component names, relevant page numbers and any replacement schedule actually specified. Record a change in appearance or performance after care so it can be explained accurately.

These notes help different people follow the same documented routine. They should reference the instructions, rather than turn an uncertain cleaning recipe into a household habit.

Does self-cleaning mean I do not need to do anything?

A self-cleaning label or mode is not an instruction to leave every component unattended. First confirm that your exact version has that feature, then find the guide’s stated purpose and the steps the user must perform before, during and after it.

The guide must establish which component the mode addresses, what preparation it requires and which separate cleaning, disinfection, drying or storage steps remain. Do not copy a button sequence, liquid, duration or mode number from a different device.

1. Before a documented cycle

   Find the permitted preparation, component arrangement and materials in your guide. If any part of that instruction is missing, request it before starting.

2. After the documented cycle

   Complete the remaining component care and drying steps that the guide specifies. A finished display or stopped motor does not document that every accessory has been cared for.

What if care was delayed, or the device has been stored?

Use the care timing and return-to-use instructions in the matching guide. If a routine was missed, say what happened and when; do not improvise a stronger cleaner, a longer cycle or heat to compensate.

Record what remained in the cup, how the components were left, the length of storage if known and any visible change. If the guide does not explain that situation, ask for advice before using the device again. These observations help investigate the issue; they do not by themselves establish a fault cause or customer responsibility.

Make a readable care card from the confirmed guide

Use one line per component and one action per line. Copy the permitted method, timing and guide page exactly, with enough space to read without rushing. Keep cleaning, disinfection and drying in separate lines.

Keep the full model and guide revision on the card. If someone else helps with care, review the same source together. Where a step is unclear, write “ask support” instead of filling the gap with an unverified recipe.
