Compare with your own normal setup
Describe what “weaker” means: intermittent output, a change in sound, a different display or a change noticed after maintenance. Note whether the change occurs at startup or later.
An online video, another nebulizer or a brighter background is not a reliable reference for the amount of medicine delivered. Do not use the appearance of the cloud to decide on an extra dose or a longer treatment.
Review what changed most recently
Assembly
Compare the fitted cup and accessories with the guide, especially if they were removed for care or replaced recently.
Power and settings
Check the normal power arrangement and the documented operating mode. Record the current setting rather than increasing it to compensate.
Care history
Note the last care routine performed and the guide page followed. Identify any unfamiliar product or method used without repeating it.
Use the documented care route
If your model’s troubleshooting section directs you to clean a particular component, follow that component’s exact method. Do not scrape, brush or push tools into a mesh or opening to investigate it.
Weak output alone does not tell you which component needs replacing. Keep the original cup and its identifying details while you confirm a compatible replacement, if one is needed.
Make the change easy to understand
Prepare a short timeline: how the device behaved before, when the change appeared, and the results of permitted checks. Send it with the complete model and label photo to support@mayluck.care.
Take concerns about the effectiveness of a treatment or any change in symptoms to your healthcare professional rather than treating a product-support answer as a dosing decision.
