Liquid is leaking from my device

Identify the source of the leak, inspect the correct assembly and know when to stop checking.

Pause use and identify the wet area

Stop using the device while you investigate a leak. Switch off and disconnect power as directed if you can do so safely. If liquid has reached a power connection or the housing, do not charge or restart it to see whether it still works.

Without opening the unit, note where the liquid first appeared: the cup lid, the cup-to-device joint, an accessory connection or the outside of the main housing. The location is more useful than describing the whole device as wet.

Compare the assembly with your exact guide

  1. Cup and lid

Look for an obvious crack or a lid that does not align with the diagram. Do not tighten with tools or force a locking part.

  2. User-removable fittings

Check that the installed components belong to this version and are positioned as shown. Leave seals or internal pieces in place unless the guide tells the user to remove them.

  3. Position and markings

Review the permitted operating position and cup markings. Record any difference; do not experiment with extra liquid to reproduce a leak.

Avoid temporary repairs

Tape, glue, improvised seals and parts that merely look similar are not a confirmed repair. A visible crack or a persistent leak should be reviewed before the device is used again.

Do not open the housing to dry or inspect internal electronics. Follow the care instructions for any removable component and request guidance for liquid that has reached the main unit.

Send photos that show the location

Take a whole-device photo, a close-up of the affected joint or crack, and a label photo. Describe whether the problem began after a drop, cleaning or a part change, without recreating the event.
